Logistics Operator Company
Law 30-24 licenses us as a Logistics Operator Company (EOL): your goods can enter the country and stay in storage without paying import duties up front — they are settled only on what you actually release.
Cash-flow optimization
Goods can be stored under a temporary suspension of applicable duties and taxes, under the Deposit Regime.
Flexible storage period
Goods may stay under this regime for 6 months, extendable by a further 6 months.
Simplified customs handling
The process is streamlined through the SIGA system and its corresponding form.
LAW 30-24
Partial releases for local consumption
Partial releases are authorized, paying tax obligations only on the goods actually selected.
HUB operations made easy
An international consignee may be used for operations destined as a HUB.
Origin is preserved
Products keep their rule of origin when re-exported.
